Podiumwear was founded in 2003 to provide a product backed by customer service that was superior to anything available.

We are runners, skiers (both kinds), ultimate players, bikers and coaches who have been involved in racing our whole lives. What we were looking for wasn't out there: A uniform company that worked with the athletes, parents and coaches to provide world class products without the headaches and surprises; a price structure that was up front and transparent; and an easy re-order policy that didn't penalize small re-orders and helped every team look professional.

Podiumwear owner Reid Lutter has been ski racing for 25 years and coaching for fifteen years. He founded the National Cross-Country Ski Education Foundation, a fundraising non-profit that benefits U.S. development programs, and now sits on its Board of Directors. He has also coached a National Champion, an Olympian and has coached for the U.S. Ski Team's World Junior Championship team twice.
