Design Approval Form

• Customer will Receive Design Approval Within 1-2 Full Business Days
• Customer Must Reply Within 1 Business Day With Approval Or Corrections
• Receive Corrections Within 1-2 Full Business Days (Rush Order Designs Limited To A Single Correction)

Color Swatch

• Color Swatch Produced Within 1 Full Business Day Of Approved Design
• Color Swatch Shipped Overnight At Customer Expense
• Customer Must Reply Within 1 Business Day Of Receipt Of Color Swatch With Approval

Final Sizes/Quantities

• Size Kit Will Be Received Within 1 Week Of Payment Of 50% Deposit
• Sizes/Quantities Must Be Submitted Within 2 Weeks Of Payment Of 50% Deposit

Note: If we do not meet our responsibility, as stated above, there will be no impact on your final ship date. If the customer fails to meet his/her responsibility, as stated above, Podiumwear reserves the right to adjust the final ship date accordingly.
