Customer Service: Soon your entire order process from initial inquiry to delivery can be tracked on our web site www.podiumwear.com. Already you can see your proofs online. Proofs will be sent to you and can be viewed on the site. We will only put one of our logos on each piece and they will be on the proof. No surprise logos on your finished product. One of the owners will check your order before it ships, ensuring PodiumWear quality.

Innovative Options:

RUSH Service: Need you uniforms in four weeks. We can do it! Check out our RUSH service page for more information.

No Minimum Reorder: While we will have a minimum order with your initial purchase (Six), there will be no minimum on reorders. Your suit cost will be the same on your reorder as on your initial order regardless of the number of suits on the reorder. The reorder price is guaranteed for three years.

Name Tag Technology:
Only Podiumwear offers name tag technology so that you can personalize every piece of your team uniform with team members names. You'll be just like the national teams! Look at our page on Name Tag Technology for more information.

Four Color Process: Your suits can have as few or as many colors as you like for the same price. Our printing process can handle photographic quality images. Free your mind from the one and two color designs.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is fixed, no hidden art charges, quantity penalties, or extra costs etc. You pay what is listed on the site plus shipping. That’s all. Check out our pricing.

How do I start the order process?

There are two ways. Just click on the order here button and our easy to follow web pages will lead you through the process, or call the office and speak to one of the owners of the company.

When will my order arrive?

There will be no broken promises or suits that arrive to late to be worn this season from Podium Wear. Once you place your order and we receive your deposit and artwork you will receive a hard shipping date. Generally your order will ship four weeks from approved color swatch and final sizes. Usually the whole process takes seven weeks from initial phone call to shipping.

How and when do I pay?

Once you place your order half the payment is required for us to begin artwork. Once the order is completed final payment is required before shipment. We will priority mail a proof of the suit printed on actual fabric for your final approval before printing the entire order. That way there will be no question if we got the right color on your suits or jackets. We welcome Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards as well as checks.

How do I get artwork to Podium Wear?

We will help you get your design idea from sketch to suit. Download our blank template and start working on ideas. We can help take your idea and put it into the proper format for our printers. An EPS image of the suit and jacket designs emailed to us is the quickest way to get your order rolling. Artwork page.
