Starting a Re-Order

How to Start a Re-Order OR Re-Open a Storefront with Podiumwear

  1. Log in to your Podiumwear user account
  2. Click "Overview":
    Once in your account overview you will see all current order in the left column and all previous orders in the right column.
  3. Click on the Appropriate Order in the 'PAST' column:
    Orders will be represented by "thumbnail" images. Clicking on the thumbnail will allow you to see the design and insure that you are reordering the desired design.  ***Review and make sure that the design is the appropriate design ie: latest logos, colors, etc.***
  4. Input Sizes (only for credit card and PO orders):
    Input your desired sizes.   NOTE: *You do not need to input sizes for 'Team Storefront' reorders.  **Review Podiumwear's Size Chart before determining sizes.  Podiumwear has 3 levels of jerseys all with very different 'cuts'.  Bronze (American Club Fit, very roomy much akin to how americans wear a T-shirt), Silver (American RACE Fit, very adhering RACE fit jersey), and Gold (European RACE Fit: Painted on. Think Tour de France).
  5. Input Billing/Shipping info:
    Input a proper billing and ship to address for your order.  *All info regarding your order will be sent to your specified ship to address.
  6. Select Payment Method:
    Select either Credit Card, Purchase Order or Team Storefront.   
  7. Click "Confirm and Create Reorder"
    NOTE: For Storefront Order Re-Orders you will be given a Storefront URL Address and be able to set your storefront close date and password once you click "Confirm and create Reorder".
  8. Timeline:  
    Podiumwear's standard timeline for Re-Order is 3 weeks.
  9. Billing Procedure for Credit Card Re-Orders:
    Podiumwear will charge your Re-Order in 2 installments.  First charge is for 50% of the order's total balance and is applied immediately upon entrance to production.  The final charge of the remaining balance is applied when your order enters the final stage of production (sewing/shipping) and is applied roughly 7-10 days from your order's ship date.

NOTE: Your re-order is NOT being produced unless you receive an email confirming that your "Order has been Submitted to Production" and you have been given an Estimated Ship Date.  If you do not receive this email, please call us!
